(Proverbs 29:18) Where there is no vision, the people perish: .....

Our vision is to see Christ lifted up: (John 12:32) And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.

To see the lost saved: (2 Peter 3:9) The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

To see the saved discipled: (Matthew 28:20) Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: ....

And To worship Jesus Christ in Spirit and Truth: (John 4:24) God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

We could see something we shouldn’t like King David!!

2. Instead of being in his place with his Army on the battlefield, King David found himself peeping at something that was not his!! (II Samuel 11:1-3) We find David alone and bored at the Kings Palace, instead of staying busy doing the will of God, which was to lead the Army of Israel. We find that none of his brethren were there on the roof with David to say “this ain’t right brother come away from here, look not upon yonder fluzzie, banish thoughts of her from your mind before you sin!!” Satan isn’t going to attack you when you are strong and among a bunch of friends who watch each other’s backs, he will wait to catch you alone and weak.
