Next Gen Ministries consisting of Middle School (ages 11-14) High School (ages 15-18) and College Age Adults (ages 19-25) are under the ministry and leadership of Pastor Lori Wilke, her husband Tom and daughter Laurelle (age 21).
Currently Next Gen Ministries meet every Friday Nite from 7:00 - 8:30 pm for "The 300 Company." This is a high powered worship and ministry time that encourages the invitation of friends in order to reach them for Christ. Worship, a challenging message, small Group discussion and prayer are the major parts of the event. "The 300 Company" (named after the story of Gideon's Army), will focus on growing their relationship with Christ through the empowerment of the Holy Spirit and a commitment to using their spiritual gifts. The use of music, drama, media, teaching and small group discussion are just some of the tools used to help The Next Generation become all God has called them to be.
Next Gen Ministries also meets on Wednesday nights at 7:00pm where they join the adult Bible Study with their parents to study deeper truths from the Sunday messages or a special video series. This is an excellent way for parents and teens to stay connected together by discussing the pastor's message from the Sunday Service.

Several times a year, encounter retreats, conferences and ministry trips are planned where the teens can get away for a few days of spiritual renewal, ministry training and revival. They are encouraged to participate in the weekend encounters where they set two days aside to totally dedicate their lives to spiritual renewal and transformation.
For questions about Next Gen Ministries or to find out what else is available for Young Adults (ages 11-25) at Spirit Life Church or to volunteer to serve in our growing Ministry, please contact Pastor Lori Wilke at 262-242-5128.
Next Gen Ministries offers many serving opportunities through worship, drama, leadership training and ministry of helps. The Next Gen Drama Team called "Anointed," ministers in the adult service on Sunday morning as they worship together with them.
