Contemporary pastors are facing unprecedented challenges, causing stress that is toxic to their health and well-being and consequently diminishing the effectiveness of their ministry. There is a deep need for Christian ministers to be intentional and proactive regarding the vitality of their call, their spiritual health and self-care.
