Joe is a perfect example of the kind of leader we seek to equip for church leadership.  Along with his wife, Charmaine, Joe planted a church in Vancouver and now pastors the Vineyard in Aldergrove, BC.

After many years as a successful businessman in the construction industry, Joe carved out a course for himself in theological training that has made him a sound theologian, an excellent teacher, and an effective pastor.  Furthermore, he has succeeded in mentoring others into being leaders in the local church, or planters of new works.
