Frank pastors Freedom Vineyard with his wife, Sharon, in the Ottawa area.  He is currently working on a PhD in political theology, and recently took over the chairmanship of this development group.

He loves to laugh, to engage in intense theological debate, to lead worship, and especially to teach.
