WorshipThe New Testament gospel writers in Matthew, John and Romans revealed that worship isn't about the music, the building, the preacher or the presentation. Worship must be personal, offered "in spirit and truth", an example of how we long to be "a living sacrifice of praise" to the Giver of all things! In worship we express our joy and thanks, our longings and desires, our pain and needs. But more importantly, by offering ourselves in worship we express our belief and trust in God Almighty through His Son, Jesus Christ, who hears our prayers and intercedes for us. As we lift Him up, He lifts us up, and we become one in the Holy Spirit.
When you come to Lakeside Fellowship, you’ll find the worship to be not only upbeat and contemporary, but reverent and worshipful. We desire to honor God, celebrate the Savior, Jesus, and kneel together at His feet. Come, join us this Sunday at our 10:30 a.m. worship gathering. There is a place for you here at Lakeside.
