It is produced by Good Shepherd Ministries International in California. It uses many of the best teachers in the United States including: Dr. Reinhard Bonnke, Dr. Jack Hayford, Dr. Joyce Meyer, Dr. T.L. Osborn, and many others.

The three main thrusts of the teaching are: (1) Basic Christian beliefs together with truths that help people mature as Christians (2) The gifts of the Holy Spirit, and (3) Church growth, church planting, and evangelism.

There are over 30 subjects including Old and New Testament Survey, Praise and Worship, Supernatural Living, Foundations of the Faith, the Power of Prayer, Leadership Integrity, Dynamic Biblical Preaching, and much more.

Usually the school is operated in a local church with pastoral oversight and meets one or more days a week for two to three hours each meeting. There are five trimesters which are spread out over a one year day program or a two year evening program.
