We are seeking leaders that:  

• demonstrate a commitment to meeting the STANDARD of abuse prevention and detection (we recognize that everyone is at a different level of implementation)
• recognize that a plan to protect children and youth includes awareness of abuse issues
• are committed to having written policies
• will plan and deliver initial and annual training for staff and volunteers
• conduct proactive screening
• document and test procedures
• do annual assessments
• are willing to be accountable to their organization’s leadership, the community, parents and caregivers that they are working with to put a plan to protect in place.

This is for organizations just starting with Plan to Protect® or sensing they need to update their protection protocols and procedures.

We have combined our most popular services to give you a good head start or means to overhaul your abuse prevention and child and youth protection initiatives.  This package will provide you everything you need to also comply to insurance standards. 

Benefits:

• Basic Membership benefits with one copy of  Plan to Protect®  manual
• Customized policies and 40+ forms  -- we will draft your policies for you during the first year.
• CHOICE: Intermediate Trainer Certification – one registration during first year or, 10 on-line training registrations.

OPTION THREE:
PLAN TO PROTECT GOING THE DISTANCE PACKAGE

This is our premiere package that demonstrates your commitment to achieving the STANDARD of abuse prevention and detection.

Achieve the STANDARD and be awarded the Plan to Protect® seal of excellence. This package is designed for organizations looking to fully adopt legislation and insurance requirements through certification and policy development. You will be assigned a WKI Team Member to run the race with you for the year.

• Draft Customized policies and 40+ forms
• Intermediate Trainer Certification*
• Administrator/Leader Certification Training*
