SMALL GROUP MINISTRIES

Relationship is our highest value --- relationship with God and with one another.  It is really through our small groups that we cultivate deep and meaningful relationships.  Out of that matrix, we identify future leaders whom we mentor and then release to start their own groups.  The most effective small group leaders often become church planters, since small groups are the basic building blocks of church life. 

It is also in the context of our small groups that we are able to meet pastoral needs and minister effectively to one another.  For example, if you were in the hospital, it is the other members of your small group that would visit you, pray for you, and help with other needs. 

Some of our small groups tend to be quite specialized, focusing on intercession, or worship, or community outreach.  Go to the drop down menu at the top of this page and go to "groups" to access a listing of most of our many small groups.

"Healing and Mentoring the Inner Man" aka Prayer Counselling Course

Over the period of 20 years, this course has been taken live and in person by nearly 500 people at a cost of $250 per person.  As of January 2010, we are able to make this course available to anyone free of charge, including the text from the manual, audio recordings from live classes, and the extensive diagrams.   The audio lectures are meant to be heard in conjunction with the class notes in the student manual, so references will be made to the manual and the diagrams throughout the presentations.
