Parish Council is a committee elected by members of a congregation to serve with the churchwardens (Corporation) in managing the temporal affairs of the church.  Members serve for a 2 year term.  Every year, approximately 1/2 of the parish council is finished their term, and new members are chosen at the Annual General Meeting by all members in attendance.
