Janelle oversees Kidsgate, the children's Sunday and Wednesday ministry at Eastgate.

Liz handles all things pertaining to the office of Eastgate

We believe in a plurality of leadership.  While we have a lead pastor and a governing board, all who participate in this leadership group share equal responsibility and authority.  Our aim is to find unity through the divirsity of members making up the leadership group, without over formalizing the process.  The family is the model, not a business.

Dale oversees the distribution of Eastgate's benevolence resources.
