Let’s Start a Spiritual Revolution!!!
“Many nations shall be joined to the LORD in that day, and they shall become My people. And I will dwell in your midst.” (Zechariah 2:11)
At The Rock of Israel we have a compelling vision of starting The Open Synagogue where Jews and Gentiles will worship the Only Living God in the Universe, - the Holy One of Israel!
We have a dream of the movement that will ultimately fulfill the vision of so many Jewish prophets: “. . . for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD as the waters cover the sea.” (Isaiah 11:9)
The Open Synagogue will be a movement of people longing to find true peace, meaning, power, joy and salvation in their lives! All of which can come only from the Living One of Israel! Instead of worshiping a Jewish man, Jesus, or some other “artificial” deities of the Gentiles, they will strive to walk in love, fear and obedience to the God of Jesus, the Living God of Israel!
Unfortunately, today the world is as far from this grand vision of God’s heart as it ever was! It is undeniably full of the knowledge of some pagan deity of Trinity, the moon-god Allah and many other idols of the same caliber! Very few, however, either know or worship the Creator of all things, - the LORD God of Israel!
As God’s Chosen People continue to discourage Gentile conversions into the faith of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the world continues to spiral down in its idol worshiping trends. Christianity worships its Trinity, Muslims adore Allah, Buddhists venerate Buddha, etc! All of these deities are idols and ultimately corrupt their worshipers, causing them to forfeit their share in the World-to-Come! “The idols of the nations are silver and gold, the work of men’s hands . . . Those who make them are like them; So is everyone who trusts in them.” (Psalm 135:15,18)
Except for the devout Jews, no one seems to know the One Living God of Jacob! The Living Word of God, the Hebrew Scriptures, is neither studied nor applied as it was intended by the Holy Living One! Christians operate on the basis of some humanly-crafted Greek “New Testament,” while Muslims and other Gentiles extol their own “scriptures,” thus remaining oblivious to the truth of God’s Word!
There are many souls, however, that long to find peace and security in the Name and the Word of the Living God of Israel! They yearn to become one with the Chosen Nation! When they realize that apart from the biblical faith in the God of Israel there is no true faith or religion, they are often left without fellowship and encouragement that our Open Synagogue will provide!
Our Open Synagogue will be the place of traditional Jewish worship, centered on the God of Israel and His Torah! Our weekly Sabbath worship will include a clear message from the Word of God, instructions in the life of holiness and teachings against world’s idolatry and falsehoods! It will be the place where every willing heart will join the Living LORD! “For My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations.” (Isaiah 56:7)
The Open Synagogue will become the place where the true conversion of our hearts and lives will be possible! All those leaving the falsehoods of Christianity, Islam and other “religions” behind will undergo a thorough conversion of their entire being through careful study of the Word of God (the Hebrew Scriptures) and by submitting their lives to the Holy One of Israel!
“Also the sons of the foreigner who join themselves to the LORD, to serve Him, and to love the name of the LORD, to be His servants— everyone who keeps from defiling the Sabbath, and holds fast My covenant— Even them I will bring to My holy mountain, and make them joyful in My house of prayer.” (Isaiah 56:6-7)
We would like to start the Movement in the vicinity of Boston, MA. As it grows in its influence, it will start pushing back the idolatrous “faiths” of Christianity and Islam back, providing the growing support base for the Truth of God’s Word and the State of Israel.
